Terms of Service
These Terms of Service outline the principles and conditions governing the coordination of in-home physical therapy visits across Egypt by Bidayah Physiotherapy, specifying the rights and responsibilities of patients, families, and clinical practitioners.
1. Nature of Services & Clinical Scope
Bidayah exclusively coordinates specialized in-home physiotherapy and functional rehabilitation delivered at patient residences. The service does not provide acute emergency triage, surgical procedures, or pharmacological prescriptions. All interventions align with the referring physician’s medical directions.
2. Appointment Scheduling & Coordination
Appointments are established following initial clinical triage and clinician availability matching the geographic area. Visits are considered confirmed once the patient or caregiver receives direct verbal or electronic confirmation from our coordination desk.
3. In-Home Assessment & Credential Verification
Patients and family members retain the absolute right to inspect the clinical credentials, Ministry of Health license, and Egyptian General Syndicate registration card of the visiting therapist prior to initial assessment.
4. In-Home Environment & Clinician Safety
The client agrees to provide a safe, dignified, and well-ventilated home environment suitable for exercise delivery. Clinicians retain the professional right to suspend or decline a session if personal safety or dignity is compromised.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To ensure rehabilitation continuity, patients are kindly requested to notify coordination at least 4 hours in advance if rescheduling is necessary, facilitating efficient clinician route planning.
6. Pricing Transparency & Payment
Session fees and geographical travel costs are disclosed transparently prior to confirmation. Payment is settled upon session completion with clear receipt confirmation.
